Goals

The primary goal of Ad Hoc Project Ops is to ensure that all campaigns are executed effectively across all aspects, including design, content, communications, and more.

Hazards

• Lack of clarity - Without proper briefing, goals and expectations for campaigns can be confusing at the beginning. This can lead to a lack of clarity and a lot of back and forth communications.
• Failure to deliver timely assets - The issues include poor communication of deadline/expectations, things falling through the cracks, and writers backing out unexpectedly.

Skill Requirements

The specific skill requirements for this position include:

Brand and Product Experience: Understanding and empathy for designers' needs and challenges.

Collaboration skills: Strong communication and rapport-building skills, as well as the ability to provide constructive feedback and ask questions

Adaptability and time-management: Calm and flexibility in a fast-paced work environment and to maintain a schedule that allows for all tasks to be completed.
