Know who you will be interacting with on a day-to-day basis, what they are responsible for, and how to contact them. You will be in contact with MMM, as well as CSDO.

Represent MMM in CSDO communcations

You will be representing MMM on the CSDO calls and in other CSDO communications. This will include:

• Providing updates on project timelines and progress.
• Responding to questions about operational aspects that may have cross-function impacts on work.
• Using MMM's current marketing and branding strategies to influence the development of strategies (eg. organizational roadmaps, product roadmaps, and cross-functional processes).
• Checking in with the leads of other workstreams to understand what support they may need from MMM, identify any process breakdowns that MMM needs to address, and explore additional areas of cooperation.
• Advocating for the desires of MMM whenever a proposal is made by a member within the entity. Since someone from MMM considers the proposal beneficial, take the initiative to promote and advance it.
