Content Coordinator Workflow

Goals

The main objective of the Content Coordinator is to articulate Gitcoin's voice, mission, and values distinctly across all social media platforms and campaigns. Despite occasional variance of voice between different products, it's crucial that the Content Coordinator maintains alignment with Gitcoin's core values in all communications. They should also foster a coherent narrative across multiple platforms when required.

Hazards

• Lack of clarity - If a brief from a separate workstream arrives and lacks clarity, there's a risk it might be interpreted and written in a manner not originally intended.
• Failure to deliver timely content - The issues include poor communication of deadline/expectations and writers backing out unexpectedly.

Skill Requirements

Web3 Experience: General understanding of the Web3 landscape

Deep Understanding of GC: Ensuring coherence to brand's narrative, values, and goals across multiple platforms

Writing skills: High quality writing capabilities and the willingness to step into content writing as needed.

Collaboration skills: Strong communication and rapport-building skills

Quality control: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality design output.
