Scope of the document: 📣 Summarize findings and learnings of reaching out to Web3-funded startups with Product/Design/Branding needs, with the aim of identifying new leads through outbound efforts.

🎯 The objective was to plan out calls for Deep Work’s creative directors - while identifying and documenting the best approach to do so

🤔 This document summarizes the learnings across 2 different approaches taken and their iterations (1. job board/email, 2. telegram/discord).

There could be many more approaches that can be taken to source and contact potential leads ( always as a function of the Quality of messaging and the Effort spent). As a general rule of thumb, more contacts reached out do not translate to more leads.
