Goals

The goal of the Design Operations is to ensure all requests are completed within the client’s designated timeline and budget, without overstepping the capacity of the assigned designer. This includes deciding how to prioritize the new project within the context of pre-existing projects.

Hazards

• Designer neglect or overwhelm - Neglecting team connections or asking too much of designers can lead to negative consequences such as resentment, inefficiency, and poor work quality.
