Do some pre-planning on who is attending, what teams will be there and understand what their intentions/motives are
- First step: Sarah, Tae, and Lina to create group chat and coordinate for what this looks like
Come up with workshop ideas and create a survey that we send to VCs to gauge interest of portfolio companies(BV, Outlier to start)

Do team-building or intro exercises in the beginning, at the house, so that further collaboration/communication becomes easier/Clarify expectations for the house - eg washing dishes, etc.
Brain Dating - DeepWork people write things they are experts in and available times. Others can find the expertise and set up coffee chats via calendly.
Interview VCs about their biggest concerns
