Project Specification, Goals and Mandate

This document outlines a process created by Deep Work to define narratives, features and target audiences for Ethereum. Deep Work will facilitate collaborative online workshops and create tangible documents with the aim to:

• Define the core audiences
• Define product verticals / use cases based on the target audiences interest
• Create a document, which can be used as an elevator pitch for Ethereum
• Get clear data which will help R&D prioritise efforts
• Accelerate the public perception of Ethereum

The proposed roadmap below consists of two stages. Stage one focuses on creating the documents containing strategic narratives, target audiences and content for external communication. Stage two describes a continuation of this process, collaboratively innovating on product-concepts or creating product pages on the individual use cases.

We expect Stage One to be project based through Josef. Stage Two onwards may require the Grant Process and be a secondary step.
