every 2nd day bouldering » my wrist got a ganglion… bouldering was pause for 2-3 weeks now but it’s still problematic, will try bouldering end of week and see how it goes. if it doest work probably another couple weeks of wrist rest but I need to find another sport meanwhile – maybe badminton

2-3x / week acro yoga classes – paused because of wrist and school holidays

also after every bouldering session a min. 30min strenching session especially for my neck

every day 1-3 times finger strength training for 10min each will try to start finger strength training and see how my wrist feels

I tried jogging but I think the intensity was too high for my knee, thus the pain so jogging is now on pause

want to start backcountry skiing, equopment bought and first experiences, just the snow is missing now
