Goal
The goal was to visualise their organizational structure and together identify hazards, vulnerabilities and opportunities to improvement. Showing the team what is happening in their organization and offer advice on filling the gaps.
Workflow
What worked well
- 1:1 conversations, typing while founder was verbally explaining their project. Often, I needed to specifically direct them towards telling me about activities/verbs, as opposed to sharing ideas, solutions and nouns.
- A workshop setting with 10+ people worked really well
