To start with clear alignment, we hosted an online session to co-create the event, unpacked the problem space of co-living, and shared our intentions.
Opening Ceremony
Andrej 12 – Coordinated all communications, and held the event with mindful facilitation and pragmatic structure while allowing space for natural flow, building deep trust among participants. Provided skill mapping framework to identify unique skills and focus.
Cat 12 – Brought exceptional hospitality through incredible meals, perfect location choice, and uplifting energy, serving as the joyful heart of the house while managing key logistics.
Ramona 9 – Enriched the program with thought-provoking sessions and local explorations, shared deep wisdom on mythology and esotericism, and contributed strategic ideas for scaling future projects.
[Anon] 7 – Gathered group before the arrival, offered a calm, grounded, and lighthearted presence, balancing deep listening with playful energy, contributing culturally through music and food, and quietly supporting group upkeep.

Michelle 4 – Designed effective onboarding surveys to measure retreat impact and brought light, creative problem-solving to challenging topics.
Anastasia 2 – Strengthened remote participation, adding curiosity, excitement, and proactive connection to the group.
