According to the last project the team worked on, choose a role within it and do a mini research of what their work was like. This involves:

Having a context of the responsibilities of that person's role in the project, if it was an internal role or if he/she also had contact with the client.
If he/she led workshops or only participated in them.
If it was their first time collaborating in deepwork or if they already had experience having worked with their peers
Check beforehand if the documented functions are in line with the ones he/she performed in the project.

Having collected this information and the necessary links, with the context of the project and updated functions

Ask GPT 4 what would be the best questions to ask that type of role in a 30 minute interview, which would then be edited to share on tik tok and twitter in videos of no more than 1 minute prioritizing content creators as the audience.
Validate these questions along with the structure of the call with Andrej and the interviewee.
TBD: Interviews that are asynchronous, it can be thought to polish all this previous process and then the answers are sent through loom.
