Goals

The primary goal of the Webflow Developer is to build and implement the webpage design created by the Web Designer, ensuring that the final webpages are not only engaging and user-friendly, but also effectively represent the information provided and guides users smoothly toward performing the underlying goal of the webpage.

Hazards

• User Confusion - Presenting information in a way that causes confusion about products, features, or updates.
• Bugs - Creating webpages that do not function or otherwise distracts from the underlying objective of the webpage.
• Brand Presentation - Impacting the image of Gitcoin by creating webpages that are low quality or nonfunctional.

Skill Requirements

The specific skill requirements for this position include:

1. Prototyping: Ability to create functional low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes for testing and feedback.
2. Knowledge of web design principles: Understanding of user-centered design principles and methods and best practice for building websites.
3. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript: Understanding of these languages can be beneficial for creating interactive designs and animations.
4. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with developers, UX designers, and other stakeholders in the project.
5. General SEO: Understanding the basics of website SEO optimization and analysis
